Pipley's Boutique Giveaway!

Confession: I LOVE boutiques! I am always finding new ones to follow on Facebook and Instagram. I really enjoy getting to know their mission and owner. It's different than the bigger stores. Now don't get me wrong, I still love my big stores. But you get that personal connection when you shop from a small boutique; whether they be online or in an actual store front. Being an online boutique owner myself, I can appreciate all the hard work and sacrifice the owners put in. It's not easy, although some make it look like it is!

One of my favorite boutiques I recently discovered on Facebook from a fellow blogger is Pipley Boutique. So far, I have only gotten the high seas dress, which is one of my absolute favorite pieces to wear these days. The material is so comfy, and I love the fact that it can be dressed up or worn casually. And you all know how obsessed I am with navy lately!

I love so, so much on their site, but I definitely plan on getting this, this, and this for our beach vacay coming up soon.

Another great thing about this boutique are the prices. You can get so many cute outfits without breaking the bank. I know all the hubbys will love me for that one!

And they have been sweet enough to offer one lucky reader a $25 gift card! Make sure you check them out and enter the contest below! A winner will be announced on Monday. Good luck and happy shopping!

A trip to the aquarium!

Sunday was a depressing rainy day. The fact that Justin is in Vegas for work all week made it even more depressing. I was determined to take the kids to do something fun. After racking my brain for ideas that I could entertain with a toddler AND a newborn solo, I settled for a trip to the Greater Cleveland Aquarium. I had heard nothing but good things about all the different exhibits they had, and even saw on their website that they have a toddler room with puzzles, blocks, coloring, and touch tanks. Perfect.

So, I dressed the kiddos in their best aquarium outfits and off we went. Because you can't go to the aquarium without your fishy dress on. Duh.

We had the best day seeing the all the fish & turtles, walking through the shark tube, waving to the scuba divers, feeding and touching the sting rays, exploring the toddler area, hitting up the gift shop where Little Miss just HAD to get a Nemo fishy because he matched her dress, and eating lunch at the Nautical CafĂ©! All that was missing was daddy, but we hope to go back soon when he can join us!

Trendy Tot Tuesday

First off, I'm loving the new Trendy Tot Tuesday button! Isn't it adorable?! Follow Kelly and Meganand link up your post!

We're taking a family vacay over Labor Day to Myrtle Beach. I couldn't be more excited to spend a week of fun in the sun with hubs and our babies. And, of course, this gives me an excuse to get Crew some cute beachwear!

I love the Lemur Collection and the Varsity Collection from Gymboree. And how about these lobster trunks with the matching visor? I die. Of course, we'll probably get the most use out of something like this since it will be so hot, and he'll spend most of his time laying under his tent anyway.

Here are some other cute looks I'm loving for baby boys at the beach. Maybe next year Crew man can be a little more stylish!

What are you dressing your babes in for beach trips?

Trendy Tot Tuesday

It's another beautiful Tuesday, and you know what that means! Follow Kelly and Meganand link up your post!

For T's 2nd birthday, she got the most adorable little green and gold "seahorsey" (as she says) outfit that was part of Gymboree's Green Scene Collection.

Well, she finally wore it out to dinner when Justin's parents were in town a few weeks ago. And, it was even cuter than I could've imagined!

And yes, that's a matching purse that she insisted on taking, and would not let leave her sight. Can't. Handle. It!
