Welcome back friends! I hope you all had a wonderful long holiday weekend with friends and family! I know I sure did. Minus the rain. Rain, rain, and more rain was all we saw. And clouds. If it wasn't rainy, it was cloudy. Doesn't make for a very good 4th of July weekend, but we made the best of it, and still had a great time!
Justin's parents came up from WV for a few days for lot's of playtime, shopping, and eating; 3 of my favorite things! We didn't get to the pool, Soak City, or Cedar Point due to the weather, so hopefully next time they come up, we'll get to that fun stuff. But, like I said, we made the best of it and still had a great weekend. Here are some pics...
4th of July with Mamaw and Papaw
We spent the day at Mark and Kyle's house with family. The girls had a blast playing "balls" and the piano!
She's our little firecracker alright!
Fun at the mall on a rainy afternoon
First visit from the ice cream truck and sporting Papaw's shades!
Lookin' at boats and enjoying being outside with daddy waiting for dinner
Dinner at the Yacht Club... someone LOVED chocolate mousse!
"Try some dada!" Priceless!
Summertime at our house!
We took Tinley to Cedar Point Sunday after the sun finally decided to come out. She rode all the kiddie rides and saw Snoopy. She absolutely loved it!
We found Great Lakes Christmas Ale on tap! Ended the great weekend with my favorite beer!
This pretty much sums it all up!
How was your holiday weekend?
Looks like a fun weekend! Where did you find Christmas Ale on tap?
ReplyDeleteIt was a great time Jillian! Thirsty Pony has it! Not sure how many kegs they have, but I would imagine they have enough to go until Christmas in July!
DeleteHow ironic! My husband was just there yesterday but he must have missed it. Glad you enjoyed it! :) Jillian Gill
DeleteLooks like you had a wonderful weekend! I cannot get over how adorable Tinley is - I just love all those happy smiles and silly laughing faces. Too cute!
ReplyDeleteAlso, sorry the button is so large... lol you can totally adjust the size in the code if you want to!
