Wedding Festivities: Part 2

In honor of our 3 year Anniversary Wednesday, I'm talking all wedding, all week!

Having our families in NC, WV, and TX, and most of our friends in Ohio, it was difficult trying to plan things. We decided that instead of having a bridal shower, that we would have one big engagement party in NC at my parent's house. We invited all of our family and friends, and hoped as many people could make it as possible. Although many of our Ohio friends were unable to make the trip, all of our family was there and so many of our wonderful friends, and it was a fabulous party! We can't thank our family enough for throwing it for us. It was exactly what we wanted; just to celebrate with our family and friends and enjoy our engagement. 

That same weekend, we had our engagement pictures taken in Kure Beach, where we first met. We had so much fun staying in the same hotel where we met and visiting old friends. Thanks to the wonderful Millie Holloman for our gorgeous pics and such a wonderful afternoon! She also did our wedding, and I'll be sharing those pics a little later.
